I love the great service and the wide selection of puzzles. The employees genuinely want to please. I called about a puzzle that was available on their website, but it turned out there was an inventory error and it was no longer in stock. However, the employee took the time to search through the used puzzles and found one for me. So I was able to get a puzzle I really wanted! The fact that they buy back used puzzles for store credit is super cool.
